We are seeking a temporary replacement to strengthen our Nordics Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and developing our digital marketing in Finland working closely with colleagues in the Nordic marketing team (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark). This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creativity with a strong data-driven mindset and wants to take our digital presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Digital Marketing

• Plan, create, and publish content across our external digital channels
• Develop, optimize and maintain website content in our CMS (Magnolia)
• Drive and continuously improve SEO and SEM performance
• Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns (SEM and Paid Social)
• Analyze traffic, engagement and campaign performance and translate insights to actionable improvements
• Produce Graphic material for ads and other printed media
   

Collaboration and Development

• Work closely with the Nordic Marketing team on shared initiatives and digital development
• Collaborate with Sales team in Finland to support business growth
• Stay up to date on digital trends and proactively suggest new ideas and improvements

What we are looking for

• Senior experience in creating and publishing digital content incl. social media
• Hands-on-experience with CMS platforms
• Strong experience in digital marketing incl. SEO, SEM and Paid Social
• Graphic design skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions
• Structured, proactive and self-driven way of working
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Creativity, curiosity and a proactive mindset

Fluency in Finnish and strong English skills are required. Swedish is considered a plus.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Nordic marketing team where we work closely together to strengthen our brand and business. We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to challenge and improve how we work.

This position requires prior work experience in marketing and an educational background relevant to the role (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent).

Practical information
This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of May 2027.

Our headquarters are located in Hyvinkää, but we offer very flexible hybrid working. Some travel within the Nordics will be required.
